With this large high volume crimper the big depot or OEM assembly plant is
very well equipped. With 280 tons of force and a 155 mm opening enables
a wide range of crimping applications. With the TS (Touch Screen) control
the functionality of the press is wide. In predetermined intervals the crimper
warns you when calibration is needed. In a process using a hardened
precision bar, supplied with the crimper, you´ll make the calibration on site
yourself. The calibration will take you about 10 seconds to perform, no train-
ing required.The machine is supplied with automatic ferrule control.
Using the wrong ferrule is a common and devastating mistake. Now this
can be avoided by using the crimper to check that you have used the correct part.
Control of final swaging diameter. The crimper relieves the force on the ferrule
and makes a more accurate measurement of the swaged ferrule.
